Healing happens when every part of your story is given permission to exist, especially the parts you learned to carry quietly. I strive to create a space where nothing about your experience is too heavy, messy, or complex to bring forward. You are not alone.
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University and bring over eight years of experience as a life coach working with individuals, teens, and groups. I am a Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) practitioner, a Certified Life Coach, and a Stress and Trauma Specialist. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system regulation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic awareness, and relational safety. I work with adults navigating stress and trauma, teens in emotionally complex developmental stages, and individuals and couples seeking greater emotional regulation, connection, and relational alignment.
Originally from Texas, I earned my undergraduate degree in Communications from Arizona State University. I love God, my family, and I’m completely obsessed with my dog, Luna. She is equal parts my therapy dog, adventure companion, snuggle buddy, and the reason lint rollers were invented. I’m a retired collegiate athlete (emphasis on retired), but movement is still a big part of my life, so you’ll often find me at the gym, lake, out on a hike, or paddle boarding whenever I can soak up some sunshine. I’m passionate about health and wellness and deeply value encouraging others along their healing journey. I look forward to connecting with you in person!
