Interested in an Internship?
What does internship look like at Reclaim?
Intern Questionnaire:
Fill out the Interest Form and our Practice Manager will send you an Intern Questionnaire to complete and email back
Interview Process:
If the Questionnaire is a good fit you will be invited to an interview with the practice owner, Tony.
If that interview confirms a good fit you’ll be invited to a SECOND interview as a Panel Interview with the whole team.
*We interview slow and intentional to ensure team culture and good fit. We only bring on interns we see as potential hires, so plan according, as we will NOT rush the interview process
Statement of Faith & Values:
We believe is high level clinical care, rooted in gospel values. In order to be on the team at Reclaim, you will have to sign a Statement of Faith & Values
Onboarding:
Before your internship starts we will set up a 3-4 hour onboarding meeting to get you all set up in our system
Supervision:
You will given supervision each week by the practice owner, Tony. Once a month will be a group Supervision with the team and the rest will be weekly 1:1 supervision
Direct Hours:
We got you! We have worked with dozens of Interns over the years and have never had an intern NOT get their hours. If anything you will end with way more than you need.
EMDR Training
You will be expected to get EMDR trained. You don’t have to get it before internship starts, but must be a quick priority to get it as soon as possible. Cost of training will be on the intern. It will be one of the best trainings and marketing tools you can get. You’ll thank us later!
Team Culture:
We value team culture so we believe in hanging out. Whether it’s a team out to an escape room, happy hour somewhere, paddle boarding together, going to a Suns game or more structured events like bi-monthly Team Meetings, Christmas Party or our awesome annual Team Retreat (word on the stree is we might try to pull of a cruise this year!), we like each other and like hanging out!
Goal of Internship
At Reclaim, Tony’s goal is to treat you like and train you like a licensed therapist so that when you are done with internship you didn’t just complete your hours, you actually feel like a therapist and the transition to Licensure is not even noticeable other than finally being able to make money!
